A few highlights from the Impact Report:
- We launched Lucet at Home with a 20% increase in connection to care, a meaningful improvement for patients seeking timely support.
- Our speed to care improved by 5%, with an average of just 4.9 days, helping members get the support they need sooner.
- Lucet was named one of America’s Greatest Midsize Workplaces by Newsweek for the second year in a row — recognition earned through our shared commitment to growth, belonging and purpose.
- Team members gave back more than 4,100 Volunteer Time Off (VTO) hours, a 10% increase from 2024, supporting community, behavioral health and environmental causes.
