Challenges can arise at any time. Employees can access around-the-clock support from licensed behavioral health professionals via our toll-free line to receive:
- One-on-one support for those experiencing a severe reaction to trauma
- A structured critical incident stress debriefing

- Follow-up to evaluate the need for any additional support
Session Request Tool & Referral Assistance
Members can complete an online request form for an EAP session with the provider of their choice, conveniently and privately. Our experts assess your employees’ needs and direct them to the appropriate counseling, legal, financial or community services they need to address any life challenge.
Short-Term Counseling & Life Coaching
Your employees and their families can receive custom counseling for individual challenges, including everyday issues like transportation and childcare, via face-to-face sessions, phone calls or text/video messaging. We also offer the option for our experts to provide individual input and advice to employees for health, wellness and lifestyle improvements.
Supervisor Tools & Organizational Training
We offer telephone coaching, education, training and Formal Management Referrals (FMRs) to help supervisors address employee performance challenges. Virtual and live training opportunities are also available to improve management skills. Our training modules apply modern adult learning theories to educate the leaders in your workforce to benefit their personal and professional relationships.

Our dedicated account liaisons work to manage your account by providing ongoing consultation, program evaluation, utilization reports, promotional materials and support.
Student Assistance Program (WellConnect)
WellConnect works with colleges & universities with programs to help students manage and improve their mental health as they work to achieve their goals. By providing comprehensive services to college students, WellConnect can also improve retention, supplement resources offered by on-site services, help mitigate risk and support compliance with accreditation standards.
