Melissa Moore is an accomplished health care leader with over 18 years of experience in clinical management and health care operations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Member Operations at Lucet, she has a proven track record in spearheading strategic initiatives that enhance the delivery of clinical services to a diverse member base. Melissa has held several key roles, including Vice President of Transformation at Lucet and Associate Vice President of Transformation at Beacon Health Options, where she oversaw clinical and operational improvements that resulted in better patient outcomes. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and is recognized for her expertise in optimizing clinical operations, strategic planning and driving innovative solutions in the health care industry.
