Liz Jones serves as Senior Vice President of Member Operations at Lucet, where she leads enterprise-wide operations supporting access, engagement, clinical operations, and member experience. She is responsible for driving operational excellence, advancing health outcomes, and ensuring Lucet’s services consistently deliver value for health plans, providers, and the members they serve.
With more than two decades of experience spanning health care operations, behavioral health, product strategy, quality improvement and clinical leadership, Liz has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, leading large-scale transformations, and implementing innovative solutions that improve outcomes while enhancing the member and provider experience.
Prior to moving into executive leadership roles, Liz provided direct behavioral health care services in community and university settings, working across multiple levels of care and treatment environments. That firsthand clinical experience continues to shape her commitment to improving access, reducing barriers to care and creating more connected experiences for individuals navigating health care and behavioral health services.
In addition to her professional leadership, Liz serves on the board of a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding educational and workforce development opportunities for underserved populations. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she is passionate about advancing whole-person care and creating positive outcomes for the individuals, families and communities served by the health care system.
Liz holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Sciences, from the University of Central Florida.
