Carlos Lindo joined Lucet in April 2017 and currently leads the legal department and serves as corporate secretary and executive sponsor of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. In addition, Carlos oversees a $15M P&L business unit. Before Lucet, Carlos worked as a trial attorney handling criminal cases, including first, second, and third-degree felonies and misdemeanor cases. He subsequently transitioned to an in-house healthcare role serving as the associate corporate counsel for Xerox, Inc., where he specialized in the administration of Medicaid contracts and subrogation under the healthcare arm of Xerox. His experience in both the courtroom and board room has provided him with a set of skills that helps organizations reach the right balance of risk aligned with corporate objectives.
Carlos graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Accounting and English. He graduated from the Florida State University College of Law with his JD.

“I’ve had personal experience seeing the complexities of navigating health systems. It is easy to get lost without proper guidance. I want to help people walk through the health care system with peace of mind rather than frustration and anxiety.”
