Your in‑home visit with Laura Osika-Michales will include a thorough review of your health needs and concerns, helping to ensure you receive the right care.

  3. Help with daily needs like transportation and access to groceries
  4. Have a full report sent to your primary and specialty care doctors.

The goal is to help you stay safe, healthy, and supported at home.

How does Lucet at Home work with my doctor?

After your checkup, a summary is shared with your primary doctor(s) so they know how you are doing.

Who will be coming to my home?

A Lucet at Home medical provider will come to your home to perform a health checkup. They will show you their ID Badge before entering.

What is an in-home health checkup like?

The medical provider will spend up to an hour with you to look over your medications and do a short exam. You are welcome to have a friend or family member with you and ask about any health concerns you may have.

Do I need to clean or prepare my home before the checkup?

No, you do not need to clean your home other than to clear a spot for you and the medical provider. Generally, a dining table or a living room is where most at-home checkups are performed.
