Your in‑home visit with Kim Trombly will include a thorough review of your health needs and concerns, helping to ensure you receive the right care.
During the visit, your provider will:

- Help with daily needs like transportation and access to groceries
- Have a full report sent to your primary and specialty care doctors.

After your checkup, a summary is shared with your primary doctor(s) so they know how you are doing.
A Lucet at Home medical provider will come to your home to perform a health checkup. They will show you their ID Badge before entering.
The medical provider will spend up to an hour with you to look over your medications and do a short exam. You are welcome to have a friend or family member with you and ask about any health concerns you may have.
No, you do not need to clean your home other than to clear a spot for you and the medical provider. Generally, a dining table or a living room is where most at-home checkups are performed.
