How Lucet at Home’s at-home visit works

  1. Call Lucet at Home to schedule a virtual or at-home visit that works for you (including nights and weekends).
  2. A Lucet at Home medical provider will connect with you virtually or with an at-home visit. They’ll get to know you, perform an assessment, review your medical history and answer your health questions.
  3. A full report will be sent to your primary and specialty care doctors.

Who is Lucet at Home?

Lucet at Home provides medical care virtually or in your home, making it easier and more convenient for you.

Is there a cost?

Lucet at Home’s virtual or at-home assessment is 100% covered by Florida Blue Medicare. There is no extra cost to you.

How does Lucet at Home work with my doctor?

After your assessment, a summary is shared with your primary doctor(s) so they know how you are doing.

Who will be performing the checkup?

A Lucet at Home medical provider will connect with you virtually or come to your home to perform a health assessment. They will show you their ID Badge before entering.

What is an at-home health assessment like?

The medical provider will spend up to an hour with you to look over your medications and do a short exam. You are welcome to have a friend or family member with you and ask about any health concerns you may have.

Do I need to clean or prepare if a provider is visiting my home?

No, you do not need to clean your home other than to clear a spot for you and the medical provider. Generally, a dining table or a living room is where most at-home assessments are performed.
