How our in-home visit works

  1. Call us to schedule an appointment time that works for you (including nights and weekends).
  2. A Lucet at Home medical provider will visit your home and get to know you by performing a checkup, reviewing your medical history and answering your health questions.
  3. A full report will be sent to your primary and specialty care doctors.

Is there a cost?

If you are eligible, Lucet at Home’s in-home checkup is 100% covered by our health plan partners. There is no extra cost to you.

How does Lucet at Home work with my doctor?

After your checkup, a summary is shared with you and your primary doctor(s) so they always know how you're doing.

Who will be coming to my home?

A Lucet at Home medical provider will come to your home to perform a health checkup. They will show you their ID Badge before entering.

What is an in-home health checkup like?

The medical provider will spend up to an hour with you to look over your medications and do a short exam. You are welcome to have a friend or family member with you and ask about any health concerns you may have.

Do I need to clean or prepare my home before the checkup?

No, you do not need to clean your home other than to clear a spot for you and the medical provider. Generally, a dining table or a living room is where most at-home checkups are performed.
