Chief Operating Officer
Brian Doheny is Lucet’s chief operating officer and serves on the executive leadership team. In addition to providing administrative oversight and directing the company’s member engagement and clinical operations functions, he is focused on building-out Lucet’s network of high-quality therapists, behavioral health specialists, and treatment facilities through partnerships and strategic ventures.
Before stepping into his current role, Brian distinguished himself as the Vice President of Medicare Trend and Innovation at Humana where he shepherded the national expansion of value-based programs. Earlier in his tenure, he led Humana Pharmacy’s retail pharmacy business. Prior to joining Humana, he held a variety of senior operational roles at UofL Health, Ascension, and CommonSpirit Health.
Brian holds an MHA from Washington University in St. Louis, a BA in government and politics from the University of Maryland and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
